found this video of 'Healer' by Planetshakers. for those who attended the Hillsong United Conference in Malaysia, yea, you'll know that they sang this song as well. written by Mike Guglielmucci(Planetshakers bassist, who also wrote the infamous Running After You) who was first diagnosed with cancer 2 years ago. that 2 years ago, Joel was saying, Mike was only given 6 months to live, two years on, Mike is still here, serving God as faithfully as he did.
Who said he had only 6 months to live? Only God decides the life span of a man, no one else does.
this song is very comforting. to me it doesn't just speak about God being the physical healer, but also the emotional and the spiritual healer. to those who are weary, the forsaken, the heart-broken, the lost, the grief-stricken; God is your One and Only healer You need.
